One of a set of 30 photographs, the work of pupils at Queen Anne High School in 1997/98.
A strong tradition of teaching SCOTVEC modes in photography had been built up at QAHS by Steve ratomski. In 1997 under Dorothy Wyllie, the school diversified and offered a short course in Creative photography. This opened up opportunities for pupils to work in photomontage, collage and employing a variety of techniques in the darkroom to manipulate images. One innovative venture was the creation of "Rayographs"- images created without a negative , inspired by the artist Man Ray.
NHS Fife is grateful to the pupils for the donation of their work following an exhibition at the school.

NHS Fife recognises the importance that art plays in creating an environment conducive to good health and well being. Our collection of artwork is intended to be enjoyed by patients, their visitors and staff alike.
