Siv MacArthur grew up in a small town on the West Coast of Finland and moved to Scotland with her Scottish husband in her late twenties. She uses strong bold colours and lose techniques to convey the mood of a scene to the viewer Siv MacArthur enjoys painting in watercolour and acrylic and has become captivated by the use of mixed media and collage. Based in Cupar, she is a regular exhibitor at the Open Studios North Fife and local art groups in the Fife area.
