ART COLLECTION
Richard Forsyth (1930-1997) was a successful landscape painter with much of his work featuring Fife scenes. Born in Glasgow in 1930, Forsyth spent many years as a carpet designer before moving to the East Neuk of Fife in 1983. He then painted full time using a mixture of oil and pastel and developed a slightly impressionistic style. His work remains popular and many of his original works of art were sold in the USA.
