Brian Baxter has a great interest in environmental issues and is an award-winning author on environmental philosophy. This interest is reflected in Baxter’s paintings, which frequently depict birds and animals, as well as plants and landscapes. Baxter works in a wide range of media, such as oils, acrylic, pastel and watercolour. He adapts his application of each medium so that it fully conveys the energy and vitality of its living subject.
NHS Fife recognises the importance that art plays in creating an environment conducive to good health and well being. Our collection of artwork is intended to be enjoyed by patients, their visitors and staff alike.
