This photograph captures the play of light that happens between a wet city street and evening city lights. There is just the hint of blue light left in the sky, illuminating the street with an electric blue. The photograph has been taken over long exposure; the lights of the cars flow through the streets like a stream. Ronnie Wilson was a student at West Lothian College when this photograph was acquired in 2005.
