Ian Ledward describes his style as ‘mixed media fine graphics’. Much of his work combines paint, print, collage and collagraph techniques. He uses a camera and an iPad as his ‘sketch books’ and sees his computer as an important tool for the creation of his art. Ian Ledward works alongside artist Pat Holland in their studios at Gifford Farm in Giffordtown, Fife. They also have a gallery and studio in Pittenweem for presenting special exhibitions. “The camera never lies but the direction you point it in determines the amount of truth it tells.”
NHS Fife recognises the importance that art plays in creating an environment conducive to good health and well being. Our collection of artwork is intended to be enjoyed by patients, their visitors and staff alike.
